Me and my guitar

Here you can see me and my adorable guitar. I chose this picture because it was taken two years ago when I was given the guitar as a present. I remember vividly how happy I was, since I always wanted to have this instrument and learn how to play it. This guitar means a lot to me on the grounds that when I feel alone she is my only companion. When I play it I feel so released that I forget about reality and transfer myself to my own world where everything is happiness and peace. If you asked me which material thing I would save if my house got burnt, I would surely say “my guitar!”
Now, I would like to know what material thing is so important for you and why.

The love of animals

This time I decided to share with you this video because I got amazed when I saw it, it made me cry! The video is about a lion called Christian that was raised by two boys. As he became older, the owners weren't able to take care of him any longer, so they decided to let him free and took him to the wild. A year later, the boys went to the jungle to visit Christian and they were told by the guide that they weren't going to be recognized by their lion. Amanzingly, the lion did recognized them and went straight to them and showed how much he missed and loved them. It is really hard to believe what happened, isn't it? This video can teach us that animals have feelings as human beings.

Where is the love?

This is a wonderful song of the band Black Eyed Peas. Though I am not a fan of this group, I think that the lyrics of this particular song are amazing. That is, it is a protest against all social problems that interpose into our daily lives and don't let us be free beings and love each other. As the lyrics are so interesting to think and reflect, I decided to pick this song to make the project for the practicum at school, since I think that it is good to make students that are about 17 and 18 years old think about all these things and develop a critical opinion.
I wonder if one day the world is gonna change, if one day violence and discrimination will be over. I think that what I’m asking is too much, isn’t it?
